My passion is helping clients develop greater self-awareness and providing guidance through that unique healing journey. I believe that what lies at the root of our struggles is the uncertainty in our sense of self and how we perceive our worth and value. Clients come to me when they’re feeling disconnected from themselves and are struggling with stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and self-understanding.

In a warm, non-judgemental space, my role is to meet you where you are and work collaboratively to create a custom approach to help you work through the issues you are dealing with. Combining conversation with creativity, we work together on modifying self-defeating thinking, strengthening self-worth, moving past unhelpful patterns in relationships and bolstering a sense of self.

Discussing emotional pain or intimate concerns isn’t always easy—but I’m here to make it safe and support you. I am currently accepting new clients.
