Clinic News:
While spaces for sessions are limited at this time, I do have some flexibility in my schedule. If you see that my schedule is full, or you would benefit from meeting at an earlier time, please add yourself to the waitlist or send me an email. I will do my very best to accommodate.
Availability will increase over the next couple of months with the goal of returning to capacity in January.
Please note that during these early months as I return to work from my maternity leave that there may be times when I will need to have my baby with me during session.

This is a free 25-minute chat where I invite you to ask me any questions you have about how I do therapy. All questions are welcome :) and I look forward to getting to know you a bit before we start diving into things.

A wee bit about me as a human
I like to drink too much coffee, am a sunny weather biker and love being with my tiny humans. I make art & journal in my free time. I always have 5 - 8 books on the go at one time (and will be quick to admit that I don’t always finish them). I no longer have a strong opinion about whether I am a cat or a dog person - they are both very nice and a lot of work :)
